Alex Paulins and Marc Muise have been chosen to represent the Western Ontario Region at the Ontario Summer Games in Sudbury. Both BAC swimmers are doing a great job and contributing to the overall team success as the Western Region leads the meet after the first two days.
On day one both Alex and Marc won gold in the 1500 freestyle for their age groups. Marc also won gold in the 50 freestyle and Alex took bronze in the 200 butterfly.
Day two was a busy day for both boys Marc won silver in the 200 freestyle and gold in the 200 backstroke. Alex won gold in the 200 freestyle and silver in the 100 butterfly and 400IM. Alex’s time in the 100 butterfly of 1:03.95 is a new CLUB RECORD!
Both boys finished the night with gold as members of the 4x200 freestyle relay. The team that also consisted of Alex Gregory-Frolova and Matt Roman beat the next closest team by 25seconds.
